Andy Murray will Fulfill the Wimbledon Tradition of Playing on Centre Court

Andy Murray who is the defending champion of Wimbledon will begin his campaign to defend the title against the Belgian David Goffin on the Center Court. Murray is another British tennis player to win the Wimbledon male single title since 1936. The Wimbledon tournament will be held in All England lawn tennis and croquet club from June 23rd to July 6th. Murray told the BBC Sport that he does not know how to deal and handle the situation. There were other popular players like the Serbian Novak Djokovic who may have the opportunity to win the tournament; Djokovic is the top seed for the Wimbledon male single this year.

Djokovic who is the last year runner up will play Andrey Gobulev from Kazakhstan on the third match. Li Na is on the second seed on the women single will play Paula Kania from Poland on the second match on the Centre Court. While on the First Court; there are popular names like Grigor Dimitrov, Jo-Wilfred Tsonga and also Victoria Azarenka, but the first game on the Centre Court would be the most interesting as Murray will fulfill the tradition of playing on that court after the opening of the tournament.
